Every Tuesday, join a live and interactive 75-minute Zoom Vinyasa yoga class based on the Ashtanga Primary Series – dynamic but with a classical twist. Modifications (options) are offered so you can work to your own level safely.
Monica is an accredited yoga teacher (RYT 200 hrs) & has been practicing for over 25 years.

Enjoy a 90-minute Yin Yoga & Mindfulness Retreat in the comfort of your own home or @ Meltham. This gentle, restorative class is suitable for beginners and will help you to find calm in a busy world. Monica's Yin Yoga training is British Wheel of Yoga accredited (100 hrs), she's also written about mindfulness for national newspapers & magazines.
