Monica recently wrote a series of features about Seated Yoga for the national press. This gentle approach, based on Hatha Yoga, is designed for people who are not able to access a typical yoga session. Like a traditional class, Seated Yoga encompasses all of the elements of a balanced practice: a warm-up, postures (asanas), breath-work (pranayama) & relaxation.
