Every Tuesday evening online, join a vinyasa yoga class based on the Ashtanga Primary Series – dynamic but with a classical twist.
This is a live & interactive Zoom practice with face-to-face guidance - not a recording. A more challenging session than Thursday's Meltham, this class is suitable for intermediate level (or people who have practiced yoga or dance before).
Modifications (options) are offered so you can work safely to your own level.
Monica is an accredited yoga teacher (RYT 200 hrs) & has been practicing for over 25 years.
