This is a live & interactive Zoom class with face-to-face guidance - not a recording.
Modifications (options) are offered so you can work safely to your own level.
Suitable for intermediate level (or people who have practiced yoga before).
Monica is an accredited yoga teacher (RYT 200 hrs) & has been practicing for over 25 years.
